What you can do to help make our Expos safe for everyone

COVID-19 Safety Plan

In the interest of making our events safe and providing peace of mind for all of our Visitors and Exhibitors, we have developed safety plans for all of our Expos.

Wellbeing

If you are displaying cold and flu like symptoms including fever, cough, sore throat, temperature or even feeling generally unwell, please stay at home. We have several expos each year so there might be other opportunities to attend an expo later in the year in your city. We also have an extensive online shop and most exhibitors feature specials deals online post-expo for those that missed out.

Social Distancing

Our venues have individual limits on the number of people allowed within their expo spaces. All tickets to our expos must be preregistered in advance and we ask that all visitors stick to their allocated time slots. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your tickets.

Directional Signage

Please follow all directional signage including floor markings for appropriate social distancing when lining up to enter our Expos. We will attempt to pre-scan tickets as you arrive to avoid congestion at all entry points and allow the line to flow once doors are opened.

Hygiene & Cleaning

Hand sanitising stations will be featured throughout our Expos to encourage good hand hygiene, but we encourage you to maintain healthy practices and wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds when using bathrooms and baby care room facilities. Staff will endeavour to ensure soap and hand towels are stocked.

2.5 hr Session Times

Please have your tickets ready to scan as you enter the venue. All tickets require pre-registration and there will be no ticket sales at the door. Visitor numbers are capped per 2.5 hour session so please arrive early and stick to your designated session time.
