We focus on some basics, nutrition, exercise, choice of care provider and general wellbeing during pregnancy.

The hazards and things to avoid will be covered as well as some common pregnancy complaints. Education and how to make the most of this time of preparation will be included.

In this class we cover how to get ready for birth and baby.

This class gives women and their support people, a showcase of resources and strategies to practice for great birth. Hands on techniques will be demonstrated and discuss. We will discuss preparing the home and preparing to feed your baby as well.

Learn how to sleep your baby safely. Red Nose Saving Little Lives will explain recommendations as well as give information on how best to create a safe sleeping environment for baby.

Red Nose Saving Little Lives is dedicated to saving the lives of babies and children during pregnancy, birth, infancy and childhood and supporting bereaved families.

In Australia each year over 3,500 families experience the sudden and unexpected death of a baby or child, either through stillbirth or during the first month of life, from sudden unexpected death in infancy (SIDS or fatal sleeping accidents).
