The Melbourne 2007 Expo finished our Expo year off with a bang! Thanks to everyone who came to visit and helped to make the event so enjoyable. We received lots of positive feedback from our visitors saying that the Expo was much more comfortable to get around this year thanks to the more spacious aisles, a larger parenting room, plus extra seating facilities provided. Independent research is conducted via TouchScreens at the Expo to ensure that we are meeting the expectations of our visitors; here are some of the findings from the 2007 Expo: “Would you recommend the Expo to friends or family?” 95.3% said yes “How did the show meet your expectations?” 93.1% of respondents rated the Expo excellent to good “How much time do you expect to spend inside the Expo today?” Amazingly, the mean average for this question was 5 1/4 hours! This year we have looked at ways to keep improving our visitor comfort whilst maintaining a top quality line up of exhibitors with the huge variety and scope that the Expo is renowned for. We look forward to welcoming new and regular visitors to the 2008 Expo.
