Yes. You’ll find the Pigeon Parenting Room is a quiet, private spot where you can feed and change your baby. It has facilities to warm bottles or food, and for washing bottles. Pigeon also provide a qualified childcare nurse in attendance to answer any questions you might have.

Please note, food regulations prohibit warming bottles in the catering area.

As a parenting exhibition, the Pregnancy Babies & Children’s Expo attracts lots of parents visiting us with pushers and children in tow.  We design our floor plan with extra wide aisles, lots of pathways and rest stops along the way to assist traffic flow and ensure our guests comfort.

Report your lost child to the Information Desk immediately.  You will find this desk at the entrance to each Pregnancy Babies & Children’s Expo. Our friendly staff are trained to help locate lost children.

Yes. We provide all of our visitors with a multi-day ticket allowing you to re-visit the Pregnancy Babies & Children’s Expo.  This is a great opportunity to return with your partner, children, friends or grandparents if they did not accompany you on your first visit and show them the highlights you found, or simply to have more time to explore the extensive range of product innovations and expert advice.

Yes. Pass out stamps are available from the door staff if you need to leave the Pregnancy Babies & Children’s Expo for a short period of time.

Absolutely. We understand that children can be fussy eaters, or that you could have special dietary concerns and we want to ensure that your experience with us is enjoyable. We are happy for you to bring along your own food and refreshments, however due to health regulations, the catering area cannot heat, cool or otherwise prepare any meals not purchased at the Expo.  If you would rather purchase food and drinks at the Pregnancy Babies & Children’s Expo, there are child-friendly menu items available for purchase at the cafe.

Yes. At most Pregnancy Babies & Children’s Expos you will find ATM machines outside the expo venue.  Pass outs are also available if you need to access an ATM once you have already entered. Where there are no ATM facilities, we make sure there are EFTPOS facilities at the entrance. You will also find that many exhibitors have EFTPOS facilities available for purchases.

You will find some opportunities to purchase products at the Pregnancy Babies & Children’s Expo, however these are limited as the primary purpose of the expo is to provide information on what’s best for you, your pregnancy, baby or child.  You will often find products are for display or demonstration purposes only and that many exhibitors are only at the expo to explain the product or service they can provide.  
In these instances, you will be able to purchase the products or services you liked direct from a retailer or company following the expo, safe in the knowledge that you are armed with all of the right information.
