What to expect
The 2008 Pregnancy Babies & Children's Expo attracted over 10,000 visitors. It was an incredible show of support for the Expo considering the extreme weather conditions that we faced during the extended heat wave! Most of our visitors were either pregnant or had newborns and / or young children and despite scorching temperatures every day, the Expo was a must see event for them.

Once inside the Expo the air conditioning kept everyone comfortable and the free spring water we supplied was very popular! The Expo featured a new layout this year which was a big success, allowing better access to facilities for all of our visitors.

Continuing the PBC Expo tradition the Expo featured the most comprehensive line up of parenting products and services plus an outstanding variety of support groups, government departments and professional associations. Experts galore were on hand to provide the latest reliable advice and tips on a whole range of issues.

Dorothy was hot! And not just because of the heat wave! Her enduring popularity is amazing every year she is a must see attraction at the Expos. Dorothy always has our gorgeous young visitors dancing, singing and having lots of fun!

In 2009, we are considering the option of moving the Expo to the brand new facility at the Showground (which is scheduled to open in time for the 2008 Royal Show). We will select the best option to ensure that we continue to provide a quality event, with the highest comfort levels possible for our visitors.
